How to Use SureFyre:

1. You will start by going to skb.surefyre.co to login to your SureFyre account. Enter in the Username and Password Tierra provided to you. Click Login.

2. After logging in you may be prompted to change your password. Change the password. If you are not prompted to change your password you can do that by clicking on the gear on the upper right corner.

3. The screen will be blank. If you click on home on the upper left hand corner, it will show you an overview.

4. On the Upper Right hand side is a plus button. This is how you will be able to enter in your clients and your adjusted premium.

5. After clicking the Add Button, you will see this pop up. Add in the First name & Last name of the client. Then click save.

6. After clicking save, you will be able to see all of the details for this client and the name of your client at the top. You will see on the right hand side you can add comments/ notes. If your client was referred to you, you can put that in the “Referred by”.

7. When you scroll down, you will see the Personal Detail of your client. This is where you can add their phone number, email, health insurance carrier, health insurance premium, and health insurance type.

8. You can add the Medicare ID#. It is very important to add as many details as you can into the system. To add the address, you will click on “ + Add Address”. Enter in the clients address. It will save it under Address.

9. On the right hand side, if you hover your mouse over it, you will see more information to add on your client. You will want to add the policy that you provided to the client. Click on Policy.

10. After clicking on policy you will see this screen. On the upper right hand side, click “ Add policy.”

11. Then you will see the “Add a Policy” pop up. Select the policy type by using the dropdown arrow. Then click save.

12. After clicking save you will be brought to this screen. You will need to enter in the Carrier, Date Of Sale, and the Adjusted Premium.

13. At the bottom of this screen, you will need to have the agent name (it should just generate your name). If you are splitting this case with someone, you will need to click the pencil on the Agent name line, and add the agent's name and the split amount.
